How to choose the right industrial lens for my application?

You can provide the parameters you need, such as sensor size(chip size), field of view(FOV), magnification(Mag.), object distance, working distance(WD), focal length, aperture(F No.) and the camera model you are using. We will have a professional technical team to recommend the best lens for you. If you have any questions about the parameters, you can also contact us directly.

Can I request customized services?

We will do our best to meet the needs of all customers. You can provide the required parameters and customize through the product details page or contact our customer service team. Click here to learn more

I can not find the product I need.Can it still be purchased through Fine-Lens?

Of course. Many of our products are not listed on the website. Please contact our customer service team. They can help you order the products you need.

Can I request a sample for testing before bulk purchase?

According to our sample policy (deposit system, testing cycle, etc.), we need to sign a "sample application" form with you. Please contact our customer service for details about the process.

Can I change my delivery address or delivery method?

Once the order is packed, you will not be able to change the delivery address. If you have not completed the payment, you need to cancel the order and re-order the goods with the correct address. If you have already completed the payment, please contact our customer service team or online customer service to make changes.

About delivery time

It depends on your product type, order quantity and our inventory. Generally speaking, after the contract is signed and confirmed by both parties, if the product is available, we will arrange delivery within 3 days for quantities less than or equal to 20 pieces. We will arrange delivery within 5 days for quantities greater than 20 pieces.

About logistics selection and cost

It depends on the weight, volume and quantity of the product. We provide FOB price. Logistics costs are generally paid by customers. If you have your own logistics choice, you can also contact us.

How do I return an item?

You can contact us through our online customer service or by email at seasonbcy@jiachenoptical.com. We accept returns or exchanges based on the condition of the product. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used or damaged merchandise. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
