3C Inspection

2. Zoom Industrial Lens

 

Features: The focal length can be changed within a certain range to obtain different widths and narrowness of viewing angles, which is suitable for inspection scenarios that require flexibility but do not require high resolution.

3. Variable Magnification Industrial Lens

 

Features: The magnification can be adjusted continuously and infinitely within a certain range, with high contrast and high-resolution imaging, suitable for occasions requiring high-precision imaging.

Application: In 3C inspection, it is often used for magnified observation and high-precision measurement of tiny parts and precision structures.

4. Telecentric Industrial Lens

 

Features: The magnification is constant and does not change with the change of working distance. It can eliminate the parallax of traditional industrial lenses so that objects of the same size but different distances can obtain images of the same size on the imaging surface.

Application: Suitable for high-precision measurement of geometric dimensions such as parallelism and verticality in 3C products.

5. Macro Industrial Lens

 

Features: It has a large magnification ratio and can be used to shoot smaller objects.

Application: In 3C inspection, it is often used for clear imaging and precise inspection of tiny parts and detailed structures.

In addition, there are some special types of industrial lenses, such as fisheye lenses, reflective lenses, pinhole lenses, etc. These lenses are relatively rarely used in 3C inspections but may have unique advantages in some special application scenarios.

 

In actual applications, the type of industrial lens you choose depends on the specific inspection requirements, working environment, and cost budget. For example, in the manufacturing process of mobile phones, you may need to combine machine vision technology to conduct an all-around, high-precision inspection of the camera. At this time, you may choose a zoom industrial lens or a telecentric industrial lens to meet the inspection requirements1. In the PCB circuit board inspection of electronic products such as Bluetooth headsets, you may choose a macro industrial lens or an industrial lens combined with AOI (automatic optical inspection) technology to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.
