The 360° inspection lens is a specialized optical lens designed specifically for industrial visual inspection. It utilizes a catadioptric optical system or wide-angle imaging technology to capture the complete surface image of objects such as cylinders and holes in a single shot, eliminating the need for multi-angle rotation or complex equipment assembly.

• Outer Wall Inspection:
  Using a catadioptric system, light is reflected by a special mirror to form a circular image, covering 360° of the object’s outer wall. The diameter measurement range is typically 7.5mm-30mm.

• Inner Wall Inspection:
  A high-resolution wide-angle lens captures the interior of a hole from the outside, eliminating probe contact. This lens is suitable for vertical imaging of small apertures (e.g., larger than 4.5mm).
